Our Expertise: Production of champagne

The Champagne region in France, near Reims

champagneWe are winegrowers at Cauroy-les-Hermonville , a small village in the Champagne part of the Massif de Saint-Thierry, north of Reims.
In 1981, we return to family farms, we began in 1986 to market some of our crop, then its total since 1995.
We offer our champagnes for sale sin 24 years now.

We produce small quantity but nice quality of champagne. We are not distributed in supermarkets and have no imperative to produce volume.
We use traditional techniques to make our champagne.
We are collecting cooperator, we pick our grapes and deliver the wine cooperative to be crushed.

Then the juice is taken up by the Centre of Wine Champagne Chouilly (near Epernay), to be sparkling.
We can recover this champagne after 15 months minimum, but it is taken after 24 months, to improve the quality of our champagne.

We are proud of our production which has enabled us to attract many well-known customers who are loyal for years.
We also have a guest room that allows us to welcome visitors to our place of production and thus to show them our technology and our know-how.
Our rates are very reasonable.
